What Is Your Shipping Fee?

Shipping fees vary depending on the delivery location and the size of the order. You’ll see a calculated shipping fee at checkout.

If your order qualifies, we’ll show our appreciation by offering FREE shipping, based on your order value and shipping country! 

How Long Will It Take For My Product To Get To Me?

Once you place your order, we’ll fulfill it as soon as possible, but depending on demand it could take anywhere from 7-10 business days for customers in the USA. International Shipping times vary, based on delivery destination and unavoidable shipping service delays. 

If you’re planning on purchasing a product around busy times (such as Black Friday or Christmas) make sure to put your order in well in advance to ensure that your product will be delivered on time.

Will I Get My Order All At Once?

Not necessarily. We want to make sure that your experience is the best possible and sometimes that requires us to ship or package things separately.

What Should I Do If It’s Past The Estimated Delivery Time And I Still Don’t Have My Order?

We use historical shipping data to come up with our best estimate of when your product will arrive on your doorstep, but there are a number of things that can delay shipping.

If you haven’t received your order by the estimated delivery time, give it a day or two. We know waiting can be frustrating, and we’ll do everything we can to ensure a smooth shipping process, but every now and then delays are unavoidable.

If you’ve waited and still have not received your item, reach out to us by emailing shop@nerdpaletteclothing.com and we’ll look into it. In the rare case that your item was lost in the mail, we’ll help resolve that issue.

 

Returns & Refunds

We want to make sure you’re happy with your order, so here’s the deal:

Are Returns and Exchanges Available?

Yes, returns and exchanges are available! However, since we are a small business and every item is made to order, returns and exchanges are costly for us. We’d really appreciate it if you could check out the sizing charts provided in each product description before you order. This helps avoid unnecessary returns and ensures your new gear fits just right!

If you would like to send something back, please reach out to us at shop@nerdpaletteclothing.com before returning anything. Items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unworn (except for trying them on)
  • Unwashed
  • Unaltered

What About Refunds?

Refunds are available for damaged or misprinted items. Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabeled, misprinted, or damaged before you receive it. If that’s the case, don’t worry, we’ve got you. Just let us know if this happens by emailing us at shop@nerdpaletteclothing.com with photos of the issue, and we’ll make it right for you.
