What Is Your Shipping Fee?
Shipping fees vary depending on the delivery location and the size of the order. You’ll see a calculated shipping fee at checkout.
If you order over $125(USD), we’ll say a heartfelt thank you by covering your shipping costs and giving you FREE shipping!
How Long Will It Take For My Product To Get To Me?
Once you place your order, we’ll fulfill it as soon as possible, but depending on demand it could take anywhere from 7-10 business days for customers in the USA. International Shipping times vary, based on delivery destination and unavoidable shipping service delays.
If you’re planning on purchasing a product around busy times (such as Black Friday or Christmas) make sure to put your order in well in advance to ensure that your product will be delivered on time.
Will I Get My Order All At Once?
Not necessarily. We want to make sure that your experience is the best possible and sometimes that requires us to ship or package things separately.
What Should I Do If It’s Past The Estimated Delivery Time And I Still Don’t Have My Order?
We use historical shipping data to come up with our best estimate of when your product will arrive on your doorstep, but there are a number of things that can delay shipping.
If you haven’t received your order by the estimated delivery time, give it a day or two. We know waiting can be frustrating, and we’ll do everything we can to ensure a smooth shipping process, but every now and then delays are unavoidable.
If you’ve waited and still have not received your item, reach out to us by emailing shop@nerdpaletteclothing.com and we’ll look into it. In the rare case that your item was lost in the mail, we’ll help resolve that issue.
RETURNS
What’s your return policy?
At this time, we don’t offer returns and exchanges, but we stand by our products. If there is something wrong with your order or the product you receive, let us know by contacting us at shop@nerdpaletteclothing.com.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items, so make sure you’re stoked about the products you choose before finalizing your payment. On the rare occasion where you do receive a wrong or damaged item, please contact us at shop@nerdpaletteclothing.com with photos of wrong/damaged items and your order number and we’ll be happy to sort it out for you.
Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?
At this time, we don't offer exchanges. We’ve supplied sizing charts for every item in our store in the product description section. Make sure to check out the charts to see what size would be the best fit.
Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabeled. If that’s the case, don’t worry, we’ve got you. Just let us know by emailing shop@nerdpaletteclothing.com within a week of receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item. We’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund so that you can be repping your Nerd Palette Style in no time.
